Frida Kahlo's self-portrait sold for a record. 34.9 million: An artwork by Mexican artist Frida Kahlo has sold for a record 34.9 million at the Sotheby's auction in New York.

The artwork was described as one of the most important paintings by Kahalo at the Sotheby's auction on Tuesday.
