How to get rid of a headache? Simple exercises: Unfortunately, a person often leads a

headache. Three simple exercises will help you relieve headache syndrome

Headache Exercise
We

head. In the position when the head is in a tilted state, inhale, when the
head is lowered, exhale. Repeat exercise 23 times.
In
