Sonam and Rhea Kapoor discover
some of their favorite places to wine and dine in Los Angeles. During a
recent visit, these world-famous sisters enjoyed LA’s diverse and creative
global culinary scene, with options ranging from a
landmark farmers market to cutting edge cuisine.
MTN Venice
Opened on Abbot Kinney in June 2017, MTN is an
indoor/outdoor space that features a dark, rustic design with charred wood and
glass, backless chairs, communal tables, and bar/window seating. Numerous
ingredients are made from scratch, including natto (fermented beans), red bean
miso, cabbage kimchee, ramen noodles, and tonkotsu broth. No reservations so
plan accordingly.
The Original Farmers Market
Sonam said it best: “Love strolling through the iconic
[The Original Farmers Market]. So many amazing food stalls to choose from.
Seriously can’t get enough of the sweets here!” The Original Farmers Market
offers more than 100 grocers, dining spots and eclectic shops.
